Why would I get a report before selling my car?
Available vehicle history information can help you answer questions and add useful context to a private vehicle listing. Purchasing a report is optional and does not guarantee a sale.
Can I share the report with potential buyers?
You may share your report subject to the applicable report terms. Download your copy and avoid sharing private order or access credentials.
Where can I find my VIN?
Look at the driver-side dashboard near the windshield, the driver-side door label, or your vehicle registration. Standard modern VINs contain 17 characters and do not use I, O, or Q.
What information might the report contain?
Depending on the vehicle and available sources, a report may include title, odometer, accident, usage, or specification information. A category shown in a sample is not a promise of coverage.
Can Canadian sellers order reports?
The ordering platform supports customers in the United States and Canada. Coverage depends on the vehicle, jurisdiction, and available data; contact us with coverage questions before ordering.
How are reports delivered?
Once a paid order has been fulfilled by an authorized administrator, we email a private, expiring download link. No automatic VIN history provider is currently connected.
How long does report fulfillment take?
Reports require administrator processing. Contact info@titledatainspect.com for current processing information before ordering; no instant-delivery guarantee is offered.
Does a vehicle report guarantee that no problems exist?
No. Records may be incomplete, delayed, or unavailable. A history report does not replace an inspection or independent verification.
How do two-report packages work?
Checkout collects one VIN. After verified payment, our team can collect the additional VIN directly from you using the contact details on your order.
How do I contact TDI?
